Legal Directors (2 Positions) -- Westwood MA, United States
FirstDocs is seeking dynamic Legal Directors to join forces with our legal, technological and business experts to market and deliver FirstDoc solutions. If you are a current corporate counsel who is looking for the opportunity to broaden your horizons by joining a dynamic company and have a passion for implementing change to existing corporate practices, there may be a good fit with FirstDocs.
- Minimum of 5+ years legal experience concentrated in In-House or Corporate Law
- JD from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking
- Hard-working, detail oriented, with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under intense deadline pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills; dynamic and team-oriented
- Flexibility and desire to work on a broad variety of legal matters

Legal Team Leader (4 Positions) -- New Delhi, India
FirstDocs is seeking bright, hard-working articulate lawyers with good communication and drafting skills as well as a strong drive for excellence, combined with an aptitude for learning U.S law.
Provide leadership and support to legal teams in the drafting of commercial contracts on a broad range of matters including:
- Software license agreements (outbound and inbound)
- Non-disclosure agreements
- Reseller agreements
- Independent contractor agreements
Candidate will also have responsibilities for creating strategies for productizing legal services for corporate clients.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ business law experience with In-House legal or outside law firm
- Graduate of accredited law school possessing excellent academic credentials
- Experience with US law and business/technology transactions
- Hard working, well-organized, consistent attention to detail
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under intense deadline pressure
- Superior interpersonal skills; dynamic and team-oriented
