Dr. Singh is board-certified in internal medicine and specializes in geriatric care. He is also the Medical Director of Silver Lake Nursing Home and Associate Director of Compassus Hospice.
Dr. Furman specializes in functional and preventive medicine and complex chronic care management. Dr. Furman is the Medical Director at Neshaminy Manor Rehabilitation Center.
Dr. Steinmetz graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine Residency at St. Mary Medical Center. She is the Medical Director of Vitality Hospice.
Dr. Ravindra Sangitha is from Edison, NJ. He completed a BS/MD program and was valedictorian for his undergraduate education at Kean University. He attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine. He subsequently completed his internship and residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and currently serves are the medical director for Troy Hills Center.
Dr. Majmundar graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Hackensack Palisades Medical Center. He is the Medical Director of Brookdale Hospital.
Dr. Jacob graduated from American Medical University with his Doctor of Medicine degree.
Dr. Patel graduated from Aureus University School of Medicine and specializes in internal and clinical medicine.
