Chief Executive Officer

Sanjay Bhatia, MD, FHM, CDIP

Dr. Bhatia is dual board certified in Internal Medicine, and Hospice/Palliative Care Medicine. He is also a Fellow of Hospital Medicine. Dr. Bhatia has been in practice since 2005. While maintaining a fulfilling clinical practice, Dr. Bhatia has procured over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership and education. He has held multiple roles from National Medical Director overseeing quality of care delivered to patients across the country to C-Suite physician executive roles. Dr. Bhatia also served as CMO of Prime Healthcare-Lower Bucks Hospital, and Internal Medicine Residency Program Director at Lower Bucks Hospital.  A few of his current roles include: Chief Medical Director of Statesman Nursing and Rehab, Chief Medical Director Kindred Hospital Philadelphia, Medical Director of Artis Senior Living, Medical director of Holland Center For Rehabilitation and Nursing, as well as Regional Medical Director of Compassus Hospice for the states of Pennsylvania and Ohio. Dr. Bhatia has received many awards in his career. Most recently in 2017 he was honored as a physician leader by the Bucks County Healthcare Initiative Program and also awarded by the American Health Council an award for “America’s Best Doctors”. Dr. Bhatia has published in medical journals and has been featured as a subject matter expert in various publications including journals and news outlets. In his free time, Dr. Bhatia enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and two children.

Anton Furman, DO

A graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Furman completed his residency in general family practice in the Greater Philadelphia area. His areas of interest include functional medicine, preventative medicine, and complex chronic care management. Dr. Furman is currently Medical Director at Buckingham Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center as well as Bucks County Neshaminy Manor and is finishing his fellowship in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine.

Sapan Majmundar, DO, FACOI

Dr. Majmundar was born in Hoboken, NJ and grew up in Monmouth County, NJ.   He graduated Magna Cum Laude from State University at New Paltz, where he also played on the Lacrosse Team. He attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and subsequently completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Hackensack Palisades Medical Center in 2014.   Since that time, Dr. Majmundar has cared for patients in a myriad of settings; including outpatient, hospital, nursing homes, LTACs, SNFs, and has served as associate Director of Hospital Medicine at Atlantic Health-Newton Medical Center and is currently Medical Director for Brookdale Hospice. Dr. Majmundar is passionate about teaching residents, nurses and his patients. He has published in multiple medical journals and recently received Bayshore Medical Center’s 2019 Physician of the Year award.  In his free time, Dr. Majmundar is an avid golfer and loves to travel with his wife and family.  Dr. Majmundar is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Ravindra Sangitha, MD

Dr. Ravindra Sangitha is from Edison, NJ. He completed a BS/MD program and was valedictorian for his undergraduate education at Kean University. He attended medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine. He subsequently completed his internship and residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and currently serves are the medical director for Troy Hills Center. His interests include delivering evidence-based, equitable clinical care along with medical education and quality improvement. In his free time, he enjoys traveling around the world with his wife, trying new recipes, and reading.

Luvkarnjit Singh, MD

Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Graduated from Rutgers University and went on to graduate from the University of Medicine and Dentistry Newark, NJ. He is interested in managing medically complicated advanced aged patients with multiple comorbidities. He is Assistant Medical Director at Attleboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, one of the largest subacute nursing facilities in the Bucks County Area. He is also Medical Director of Silver Lake Nursing Home and Associate Director of Compassus Hospice. In his personal time, he likes to spend time with his wife and children. Dr. Singh’s hobbies include sports and traveling.
